ROCKBRIDGE RAPIDS STILL LOOKING FOR HOST FAMILIES

Summer is fast approaching and baseball seasons are beginning and the newly-formed Rockbridge Rapids need your help as Host Families.

Players for the summer league Rapids are college students and do not get paid.  They rely on our community support for their housing so they can concentrate on winning Valley League games for us.

Hosting college-aged players is easy, inexpensive and fun.  All you need is an empty room or bed big enough for an athlete and access to a washer-dryer.  The players have their own transportation, do their own laundry and buy their own food.  And they’re not home much because they are always playing baseball.

Come on baseball fans and parents of youth baseballers, help the Rapids: host a player.
